Are you lacking motivation and do you want more energy and confidence?
Do you feel like you are living a life with no purpose, stuck in a trance of constantly doing and not being?
Are you finding it hard to forgive, set boundaries, and attract the kind of people you want in your life?
Your unconscious mind is the most powerful tool you have to achieve peak performance, and create the outcomes, results, and the life you desire.
Mental Emotional Release® is a clinically researched approach created by Dr. Matt James, that helps release anxiety, stress, limiting beliefs, trauma and other deep rooted negative emotions such as repressed anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt.
MER® has become widely known to be the most effective and fastest method to help overcome procrastination, depression and phobias.
Inappropriate emotional outbursts, depression, sadness, anxiety, chronic fear, periods of guilt and resentment prevent people from having the life they desire, and being the person that they want to be. Limiting decisions, such as “It doesn't matter what I do, I'll never be good enough” create false limitations and prevent us from creating reachable and attainable goals and outcomes.
All change happens at the unconscious level. Mental and Emotional Release® Therapy helps you eliminate negative emotions at the unconscious level to create instant, and permanent change.
The first step to the four requisites for change is Release Work. You will release all negative emotions such as Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt, Guilt. You will get rid of any Limiting Beliefs and Unconscious Decisions such as "It doesn't matter what I do, I'll never be good enough", "If I make more money, people will think different of me", "It's only for people like them".
What would your life be like without any self sabotaging behaviors and patterns?
The second step in the four requisites for change is to set a compelling goal, discover your values (the things you that run your life), and uncover your life purpose.
Take action towards your goal. Most people carefully "test the waters" or go "one toe in" because of fear of failure and baggage.
Removing baggage and having tools, and resources for success will allow you to dive right in.
You will have an unwavering congruency with your purpose, and have the confidence and resources for success.
The final step to empowerment is Keeping Focus as you face obstacles and challenges along your path.
Want the secret on how to never face another obstacle again? Don't do anything!
The only way you can know that you are growing and getting closer towards your goals and dreams is by facing challenges.
This is when we work on your Mindset and Confidence through an Integrative Mindset Coaching approach.
The path is never straight and linear. Having the flexibility and mindset to make course correction is a critical aspect to achieve your desired results and success.
Most unsuccessful people focus on this step first as they work backwards through the four steps to empowerment and change. They focus on finding the next strategy, technique, and tool without taking a deep dive into the bottom of the swamp to get rid of the root of the. problem and work on center of their foundation.

When I was 22, a big transition started happening in my life. For the first time I realized that many years ago, I had gone to sleep. I was trapped in that Iago trance, lost my purpose, had no motivation, no drive. Stuck in the endless cycle of work, eat, sleep. My health quickly started to deteriorate, I felt broken and lost. I was puzzled with the questions of “What is the purpose of life?”, “Why am I here?”, “Who am I?”, and “Is this all life is about? There has to be more out there”.
A year later one of my best friends passed away, and that was the lowest point in my life. Along with a ton of repressed negative emotions, limiting beliefs and baggage, I started to feel anxiety, stress and would be extremely nervous for no reason at all. Sometimes I would wonder if I’m about to die.
I thought a trip to Jamaica was going to help me get rid of my baggage and help me get my drive back. Yes, I had a great time, I’m never going to forget it, and I got to share with another one of my closest friends, but it didn’t help.
After coming back, I started working on a job that I have dreamed of having for a long time. I was making good money, had a company truck, was spending the week in the most beautiful cottage country areas across Ontario, had an incredible boss and team, paid meals, and you name it. I loved the renovation industry (and still enjoy taking on renovation projects and building things in my free time), but I had no motivation, I would always be stressed and was not enjoying life and taking every advantage of it the way I knew was possible.
A dear friend who has been a coach and teacher for over 20 years, suggested for me to attend a Neuro-Linguistic Programming training, and said this is for you. I didn’t even know what NLP was, and I didn’t think anything can possibly help me. I couldn’t sit for more than a couple of hours, without getting distracted, bored, tired, and in a lot of pain from my previous back problem. How am I supposed to sit through 4 full days? I kept putting it off because I didn’t want to invest the time, money, and energy but the message to go kept coming back around. Just like that gut feeling you have that you don’t listen to. You end up taking a longer route until you finally decide to give in and listen to your intuition. So I finally decided to listen to that little, but persistent voice inside me.
This training completely transformed my life. It was like I reconnected with something that had been lost a long time ago, and I was trying to find. I was able to get rid off a bunch of patterns that weren’t serving me such nail picking, and drinking pop. My stress and anxiety level decreased drastically, I was able to see myself, others, and the planet differently. I was able to create a new reality about my back problem, and all other areas of my life. And that was only the beginning. The Ho’oponopono Forgiveness Process that we did during that training had the most significant impact on my life, even many years after, I can see the shift it produced in my healing journey, the baggage it helped me release, and how it impacted and strengthened my relationships with others. I instantly had a gut feeling that this was going to be part of my life path and I must continue with it. So off I went to take many more Master level trainings with the Empowerment Partnership, got certified through the Association of Integrative Psychology, and joined the School of the Ancient Hawaiian Art and Science of Healing and Spiritual Development. This was because I saw how important it is for everyone to know and apply these concepts, be able to deal with their baggage, and be empowered in the world.
So if you work with kids, have kids, or you are planning on having kids, this message is for you! My mission is to empower the future generation, to have a future where everyone deals with their shit (medical term), and is connected with themselves, others and the planet.
Mahalo, and a hui hou! (Thank you and until our paths cross again!)
I will always ask for permission.
There is no failure, only feedback.
I will always show up at 100%. I will only work with you if you do the same.
The map is not the territory. What ever you think you are, you are so much more than that.
You are in charge of your mind, and therefore your results. I am also in charge of my mind and therefore my results.
All change will happen in the terms of context and ecology. This means that all work we do must be good for self, good for others, and good for the planet.
People have all the resources they need to succeed and to achieve their desired outcomes.
There are no un-resourceful people, only un-resourceful states.
All procedures will be designed to increase choice.
All change is done to increase Wholeness.
I will respect your model of the world.
